I've been doing a rotten job on my diet.  I am down to about 210 or so and fluctuating.  I'm "trying" to get down to about 200 and fluctuate there.  Gosh, it's not so easy to do.

Hey everyone, just wanted to update you guys on my progress!  I've been working extremely hard these past 3 months (hence why I never have time to post).  Here are my new stats:

Starting weight: 250
Current weight: 169

Total lbs lost: 81!

So I'm only 19 lbs away from my goal!  BUT I have set another ultimate goal of 120 lbs lost which would put me at 130lbs and that is the perfect weight for my height (5'4).

wow that's amazing!!!!  Great job, a few years back I was bout 300 pounds and unhappy with my life and decided to join the army......worked out everyday cut what I ate way down.....dropped 40 pounds to get into the army, then dropped 60 in basic....came outta there at 206, looked great and felt it....then went to Germany and gained 30 back, damn beer, owell been workin on it and gettin back to the basics.....btw I was at MD exposed, but I didn't know anyone there besides my club so.....again great job!

All the best for that, i have started yoga few weeks back and i reduced 5 kg in 15 days.
